Meet Leanne

Much like yourself,  I have many roles in my life. 

 

I'm a professional coach, entrepreneur, mother, wife, daughter, friend, sports and outdoor Enthusiast.  

 

I've worked in the corporate world as a market researcher, account manager and Real Estate investor.  

 

Along the way, I have served on boards and volunteered with several athletic associations and charities. 

 

Each of these roles has brought me to where I am today.   

 

It's a privilege to walk with others on their journey, and it's important to me to be intentional about my impact.

 

I chose to become a Leadership Development Coach for a straightforward reason, I have been doing it my entire life, and it truly is my calling. It fulfills me.

The power of witnessing transformation continues to drive my desire to work with people.  There is nothing like it. 

 

Coaching is about the future and possibility, the focus being on the journey and the destination.

 

I believe in human potential and that we get a choice on how we lead our lives.
